SEALANTS



225 INDUSTRIAL & GLAZING SILICONE

225 Industrial & Glazing Silicone is a high modulus acetoxy cure silicone sealant that adheres to most smooth and non-porous substrates.
Typically used for single glazing, draught-proofing and general industrial use.
Conforms to BS 5889(B) and ISO 11600.





SILICONE 700T

Silicone 700T is a fast cure, neutral cure, low modulus sealant specially formulated for the PVCu and roofline industry.
For perimeter pointing window and door frames, sealing plastic roofline areas and general weathersealing.
Conforms to BS 5889 (A) and ISO 11600 F-12.5E



500 BATH & SANITARY SILICONE

500 Bath & Sanitary Silicone is a premium quality high modulus acetoxy cure silicone sealant that contains a high level of powerful anti-fungal compound to prevent mould and fungal growth.
Typically used in areas of high humidity, such as bathrooms, toilets, showers and kitchens in both commercial and domestic applications.
Conforms to BS 5889(B) and ISO 11600.

GUN A NAIL EXTRA

Gun A Nail Extra is a high strength, gap filling adhesive providing extra bond strength and a quick cure in external applications.
Gun A Nail Extra is also ideal for bonding two non-porous materials together.



WONDER WIPES

Multi-use Wonder Wipes have become the first choice wipe of the nations builders and tradesmen.
Specially formulated to clean hands, tools and surfaces from wet and semi-cured paint, sealant, adhesive, bitumen, expanding foam, oil, grease and even silicone.
Particularly useful when there is no water on site.
Available in dispensing tubs.



PVCU WIPES

Based on Wonderwipe technology PVCu wipes remove ingrained dirt and even silicone, paint and expanding foam. Ideal for professional, DIY and general household uses.


ADHESIVES

ANAEROBICS/THREADLOCKERS

Excellent quality threadlockers suitable for small to large thread sizes are available from stock in varying strengths and viscosities. e.g. Screwlock, Nutlock and Studlock.
Oil and heat resistant products along with thread sealers, retainers and gasket sealers are also standard.

TYPICAL USES

A2222 Lower strength threadlocking which allows for easy dismantling of parts. Recommended for brass and aluminium fasteners and small precision screws.
A2242 Medium strength threadlocking. Prevents vibration loosening of threaded fasteners. Effective on all industrial metals.
A2270 High strength threadlocking. Recommended for sealing of studs, nuts, Bolts and all threaded fasteners not normally requiring dismantling.
A2272 Medium strength sealing of pipe fittings and course threaded components. With added PTFE to ease assembly. Gives instant low pressure seal.
A2290 High strength threadlocking of pre-assembled parts. Seals porous die and Sand castings such as engine blocks.
A2542 Seals hydraulic and pneumatic fittings and small pipe threads.
A2548 High strength retaining of slip fitted and light press fitted parts where high temperature resistance is required.
A2573 Seals flanges such as pipe flanges, carburettor flanges and transmission assemblies.
A2574 For gasketing and sealing of small to large gaps on virtually any shape or size of parts, such as die cast components, narrow flanges and mating parts.
A2601 Medium strength retainer of slip fitted and light press fitted parts such as bushes, splines and rotors.
A2638 High strength retainer of slip fitted and light press fitted parts such as bushes, splines and rotors.
A2641 For medium strength retaining of bearings, liners, keys and splines. Increases reliability of parts preventing fretting, corrosion and leakage.

Cyanoacrylates (Superglue)

Cyanoacrylates (Superglue) are single component moisture curing adhesives which cure rapidly to form tough, durable, high performance bonds.
Cyanoacrylates are chosen for their versatility and ability to bond a wide variety of substrates including; metals, woods, ceramics, rubbers, plastics and textiles to name a few. The rapid production of parts ensures efficient production levels and accurate control of costs.
