PHOENIX II is available for metal and stone and ranges from 100mm to 230mm.

Phoenix EXTRA THIN:
These discs are the fastest and most efficient blades for cutting both mild steel and stainless steel.
They have been specifically designed for cutting applications where speed,
efficiency and accuracy is all important.
EXTRA THIN discs do not contain Fe, S or Cl (iron, sulphur or chlorine).
The range is available in diameters 75mm to 230mm and thicknesses of 1.0mm to 1.8mm.

The Phoenix EXTRA SILVER:
This is an Iron and Carbon free stainless steel cutting and grinding disc.
It has been specifically designed for use within the food, nuclear and petro-chemical industries.
Available in sizes 100mm – 350mm,
SILVER is a professional disc and is manufactured to all necessary safety standards.


Fibre Discs and Backing Pads:




Our stocked range of fibre backed sanding discs are available in both aluminium oxide and zirconium grits.
Aluminium oxide discs are ideal for a multitude of sanding and light grinding applications on most types of metals,
whilst the zirconium discs are also suitable for the sanding and polishing of aluminium and stainless steel.

Backing Pads:



Our backing pads are manufactured from high grade nylon compound which gives maximum flexibility coupled with long life.
They are available in sizes 100mm to 178mm and with thread sizes M10 x 1.25, M10 x 1.5 and M14.
